Can I take this course for a traffic citation that I received in Tennessee?

For this reason, we recommend that you contact the court and verify that a 4 hour online Driver Education (aka Traffic School) course approved by the Tennessee Department of Safety will be accepted for your particular ticket. If you have been ordered by the Department of Safety, to complete an 8 hour course to clean up your driving record and/or avoid suspension this course does not meet that requirement.
