SMS Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: August 1, 2026

These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) describe how Driver Training Associates, Inc. (d/b/a TicketSchool.com) (“TicketSchool.com,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) uses text messaging as part of certain online course identity verification processes.

By providing consent to receive text messages from TicketSchool.com, you agree to these SMS Terms.

Program Description

Certain TicketSchool.com courses may use text message passcodes as an identity verification method to confirm a user’s identity and maintain course integrity.

Text messages sent through this program are limited to identity verification, account security, and course-related purposes. TicketSchool.com does not use this text messaging program for advertising, promotional, or marketing messages.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

Where text message identity verification is used, users will receive information about the process during course registration and must provide the required consent before receiving text messages.

Consent to receive text messages is specific to identity verification and course-related purposes. Providing consent to receive text messages does not enroll users in a marketing or promotional messaging program.

The availability and method of identity verification may vary by course based on applicable course requirements, state approval requirements, or other applicable standards.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies depending on the course requirements and the number of identity verification checkpoints associated with the course.

Users may receive one-time passcodes or other verification-related messages necessary to complete identity verification during the course.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply depending on the user’s mobile telephone service provider and wireless plan.

TicketSchool.com is not responsible for any charges imposed by a user’s mobile carrier.

Mobile Telephone Numbers and Privacy

Mobile telephone numbers and consent provided for text message verification are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

TicketSchool.com may use trusted service providers to deliver identity verification text messages on our behalf. These providers may process mobile telephone numbers only as necessary to provide this service and may not use this information for their own marketing or promotional purposes.

For additional information regarding how TicketSchool.com collects, uses, and protects personal information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Opting Out of Text Messages

Users may choose not to receive identity verification text messages from TicketSchool.com by texting STOP or by selecting another available verification method, such as email, where available.

If a course requires or offers text message verification as part of its identity verification process, opting out of text messages may limit the available verification options for that course, and may prevent further course progress and/or completion. Course-specific identity verification requirements may vary.

Users who do not wish to use text message verification may choose an available alternative method or discontinue participation in the course. Texting HELP will provide the necessary contact for assistance.
